Lasting Renovations refinished our basement in fall of 2018. Our house was built in 1910, which makes all projects hard plaster walls, not-plumb walls, etc. Joel and his crew did an amazing job. We had them run new electrical, install can lights and wires for built-in speakers, rebuild part of our stair, re-frame all of the walls, build a custom railing, install a new glass window, rerun a gas line, paint, and all finish work. They were extremely detail-oriented. Joel quoted us a fair price and when unforeseen changes impacted the scope of work, those change fees were also fair. They committed to a timeline and met the schedule and when they said they would show up, they showed up. I've worked with a lot of bad contractors and Lasting Renovations was a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend them enough and I will definitely use them again in the future!

My wife and I strongly recommend contracting Lasting Renovations for your remodeling projects. They did a guest bath and master bath for us so far and we will be using them for all future projects. Joel is great at working with us to get the style we are thinking of (no easy task)! The entire crew is professional top to bottom and we quickly trusted them to be in our house and work on our projects. I was a do-it-yourself type but no longer. The money saved trying to do it myself doesn't come close to having a trusted professional do the job correctly. Hands down the team to use.
